I am always asked what I do to relax. Last week, I took an entire day and went to the Lower Green River in NC. It was running a nice, rain-filled, juicy 100% — about all I want in cold water! Now — back to Jane Yellowrock . Faith Paddles

I spent the day today on the water (Green River in NC) with the hubby and the 18 year old nephew. I am happy to say I wore his butt out paddling! He slept all the way home. Not bad for an old broad! (grins) I’ll have pics on...

I am bleary eyed with exhaustion this morning. I guess my sleep cycles are off, as I slept only about 90 minutes last night and then woke up like I’d been shot from a cannon.
