Morning everyone.

I don’t usually wax personal about my innermost thoughts here on the blog. Okay, not anywhere. But …

There are days I wake up full of joy and gratitude for life, for the people in my life, almost all of whom I met through writing or reading. In fact, if I had not been a writer, being the social wallflower I am, and being a triangular peg in a world of square pegs and round holes, I would have only 2 dear friends, both from grade school. Therefore, I am vastly grateful for all of you, dear and close friends, acquaintances, readers and fans, people I’ve met at Cons, republicans and democrats, Christian and Jewish and Muslim and Hindu and Pagan … and all the other religions. I may not believe like you or think like you, but writer and reader friends reason and learn and overall are truly loving and giving people. As I sip my cup of tea and have a morning prayer, you are what I’m being grateful for. I thought you should know.

So … I am teary-eyed. And the tea is good and the birds are calling and the sun is shining and I have a roof over my head and heat and food in the pantry and my dogs and family and beloved Hubs are all still alive. For those without, I say an extra prayer.

Blessings all,
Faith
