NO idea what it is, but the leaves are tart and citrusy smelling
The hubby finally gave me all the pics of my trip to the land where Jane Yellowrock lived in Beast-form for so many years! Here are some plants I thought were beautiful!
Number one: This plant has leaves that look like large bay leaves but are thinner and flexible. When you crush them, they smell like citrus!

Laurel and rhododendron start to bloom!
Number two is either laurel or rhododendron, putting out fall blooms. I want to go back when they flower!

Big Laurel Creek and me
These plants and hundreds (thousands?) of other varieties are along the Big Laurel Creek, showing in number three, at very low water levels, in NC. I went kind of camera snappy on plants!
I’m surely imaging the water at boating-levels….
This week? Writing.
Hugs, Yall!
