Faith Hunter

Author of the Jane Yellowrock Series

This Week

This week I am working on numerous projects, including the Rogue Mage role playing game. It will have *lots* of fiction from the world of Thorn St. Croix, including a short story that falls in the timeline just after Host ended.  Then I have a proposal to do for Jane Yellowrock *book four* (currently untitled). And I have a friend’s book to finish editing. On top of that stuff, I am traveling. Twice! Which may makes posts here kinda sketchy.

Tuesday I am at Uwharrie Books in Locust North Carolina for their book club.  http://www.uwharriebooks.com/book_club

And on the weekend I will be in Columbia, South Carolina at the book Festival. I’ll be signing at the BellaRosaBooks booth, visiting with fans, and maybe having a snack or a cola with y’all! I’m not there to be on panels or give a talk, but just to visit with fans!

In other exciting news, Kim Harrison’s book Black Magic Sanction hits the shelves tomorrow. Be first at the book store or you’ll miss all the fun!

Hugs, Y’all!

About The Author

Faith
A native of Louisiana, Faith spent her early years on the bayou and rivers, learning survival skills and the womanly arts. She liked horses, dogs, fishing and crabbing much better than girly skills. Still does. A love of history and ancient writings excite her even more, perhaps because she can trace her own family tree back to William the Conqueror's invasion of England in 1066, later to Sehoy III, an American Indian princess, and to the gens de couleur libre, the free men of color in New Orleans at the time of the War Between the States. As a girl, she fell in love with fantasy and sifi, reading five books a week, and wishing she, "could write that great stuff." Teachers in high school convinced her she could, and she's been writing ever since, with a desire to see ultimate good fight and defeat ultimate evil, and humans as part of the battle. Faith now shares her life with her Renaissance Man (Ren) and their dogs.
