A New Day

It is coooold today! Well, for the South. My yard has a hard hoarfrost, and the temp downstairs was less than 60 when I first came down here — which is borderline for the orchids. (I have two out of three in bloom, which is really neato!) It’s kinda cold for me, too. I turned up the heat and took out the critters, feed them, and made JY oatmeal. I don’t usually put *my* life into my characters’ lives, but Jane likes her oatmeal made the way I do. Yummy.
And I have to say — I feel soo much better! Go modern medicine! Go steroids! I can breathe!
Today, all the mail that has backed up while I was sick goes out. That is a LOT! And … let’s see … Blood Cross is at 882 at Amazon this morning. Go Y’all! And thank you!!!

883 out of several million that Amazon stocks. It’s like golf in that the lower the number, the better the score. Anything under 1000 is considered very good. And the fact that BC is under 60 in fantasy is reeeeeally good too. Actually, BC’s overal Amazon numbers dropped to 664 today fora while. I was happy dancing!
OK, stupid question!
What do the numbers actually mean?
