Dorky Me

I have no idea how I missed posting this one here. It went up at the FB page and the Yahoo page, but here….No… Sigh… Thanks to the ever vigilant Night Owls, here is the link to a lovely review! Front page!!!!

Okay, (rubs palms together)  what else is new? Numbers at Amazon look reeeeallly good, thanks to Y’all! I mean it. You guys are the ones who make or break a writer’s career. Talking about a book you love is the *best* way to see more by that author. So thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

On another book front, not all books got shipped to stores in time for the street-dated release due to holiday shipping. Those of you who hunted in vain for a copy of Blood Cross, here is your reason for not finding it! I know. Poo.

The pups are being a wonderful help and joy this week. I have been feeling poorly, the hubby has a chest-cold, and we both have been stuck inside due to the cold. T and T have been so loving and sweet, as if sensing that we feel sick-y. Of course, now that we are going on 5 days without a walk, they are getting a bit gruff and annoyed, snapping at each other, growling and posturing. I’ll be glad when the weather breaks.

I know there are more things to say, but I need a hot shower. It’s COLD!
Hugs,
Faith

About The Author

Faith
A native of Louisiana, Faith spent her early years on the bayou and rivers, learning survival skills and the womanly arts. She liked horses, dogs, fishing and crabbing much better than girly skills. Still does. A love of history and ancient writings excite her even more, perhaps because she can trace her own family tree back to William the Conqueror's invasion of England in 1066, later to Sehoy III, an American Indian princess, and to the gens de couleur libre, the free men of color in New Orleans at the time of the War Between the States. As a girl, she fell in love with fantasy and sifi, reading five books a week, and wishing she, "could write that great stuff." Teachers in high school convinced her she could, and she's been writing ever since, with a desire to see ultimate good fight and defeat ultimate evil, and humans as part of the battle. Faith now shares her life with her Renaissance Man (Ren) and their dogs.
