Feels Like the First Day of Fall

I woke up early today, and it was the firs coool day  of fall! This was the first time the AC on the upper floor of the house never came on all night long! It was cool and comfy and great snuggle weather! I love it when the temps change and I know the trees are right behind, getting ready to put on their fall party clothes!

The hubby and I had thought we might race to the Green River in N.C. and spend the day paddling.  But the dam did not release the water! Poo. So, I’ll spend the day doing things I’m behinder on than usual. Like make jewelry for Jane Yellowrock giveaways for when Blood Cross comes out. Like send letters here and there. Like finish the new-shiny, the proposal for the new Jane Yellowrock (book 3 in the series). It is Killer!!! Hmmm. I wonder when I should start posting some more Blood Cross snippets? Thinking….
Hugs, Y’all!
Faith

About The Author

Faith
A native of Louisiana, Faith spent her early years on the bayou and rivers, learning survival skills and the womanly arts. She liked horses, dogs, fishing and crabbing much better than girly skills. Still does. A love of history and ancient writings excite her even more, perhaps because she can trace her own family tree back to William the Conqueror's invasion of England in 1066, later to Sehoy III, an American Indian princess, and to the gens de couleur libre, the free men of color in New Orleans at the time of the War Between the States. As a girl, she fell in love with fantasy and sifi, reading five books a week, and wishing she, "could write that great stuff." Teachers in high school convinced her she could, and she's been writing ever since, with a desire to see ultimate good fight and defeat ultimate evil, and humans as part of the battle. Faith now shares her life with her Renaissance Man (Ren) and their dogs.

    A snippet would be awesome.

I like Winter/Autumn as well. It’s nice to be all curled up and warm indoors with crisp morning skies outside. Nothing much better than reading a book in bed when it’s all cold! Heh.

Yep. Fall is lovely at these temps. Colder and I don’t want to paddle! Okay. I’ll think what snippet I want on next!

How are the sore toes doing? Not too sore,I hope…It is cooling off here in NC too, hitting mid-70’s & 50’s at night. I figure we have another 3-4 weeks of this kind of weather & then Booom,it’ll get colder :)

Tyhitia, I make it for myself, some custom pieces for other writers, and most to give away as treats for promo items. I’ll have a bunch (I hope) for Blood Cross release!

I love winter. Hopefully we’ll get some snow this year. :-) I like Fall to, but Winter is the best for me.

Do you just make jewelry for a hobby, or do you sell it?

    Have a good day. :-D
