Sorry to read about your recent kayaking accident - White water kayaking I think is the one sport that scares the living daylights out of me. Tried it a few times after having learned to roll a kayak in a swimming pool and done a number of sea kayaking trips but as soon as i got into a river i went straight over, swallowed half the river and thought i was going to die - did the rest of the trip in the raft - not my proudest moment. At some point i am going to have to try again ..Dont like being scared of things.
