Faith Hunter

Author of the Jane Yellowrock Series

Did I Tell You????

I got an offer for two more books, one Jane Yellowrock and one TBD (to be decided) which might be a Rogue Mage book! Yea!!!!!

The house is feeling very empty today, but the hubby and I are adapting. We still have crying jags. We still reach for a hug real often. We still look up for Dinks and he isn’t here. but we are better.

Tonight the hubby and I are going to the Charlotte whitewater center for supper and to meet with a paddler or two. Good times… Helps with the sadness.

Hugs,
Faith

About The Author

Faith
A native of Louisiana, Faith spent her early years on the bayou and rivers, learning survival skills and the womanly arts. She liked horses, dogs, fishing and crabbing much better than girly skills. Still does. A love of history and ancient writings excite her even more, perhaps because she can trace her own family tree back to William the Conqueror's invasion of England in 1066, later to Sehoy III, an American Indian princess, and to the gens de couleur libre, the free men of color in New Orleans at the time of the War Between the States. As a girl, she fell in love with fantasy and sifi, reading five books a week, and wishing she, "could write that great stuff." Teachers in high school convinced her she could, and she's been writing ever since, with a desire to see ultimate good fight and defeat ultimate evil, and humans as part of the battle. Faith now shares her life with her Renaissance Man (Ren) and their dogs.

Look on the bright side, the world’s mostly at peace. Were the world all at peace the only thing to do would be to go through the pockets looking for loose change. Or is that death?

5peaking of Rogue Mage books, I’m nearly at the end of Host and I am reminded of an observation made by the hero of Alan Dean Foster’s Journeys of the Catechist regarding his own prophecy. Namely, that it said nothing about what happened after.

And speaking of RPGs, have you had any experience with Tribe 8?

  4. Faith says:

Mike that is my plan. And hey — to be a bestseller by then too. With a 7 figure deal. And my housekeeper back. And world peace while I’m at it!

  5. Faith says:

We plan by winter… (Best laid plans, that is…)

  6. Mike says:

Yea!!!, Hopefully 1 of each. Then, 3 more of each. You go Faith. **Note to publisher- We want more Thorn too.

Ooh, Rogue Mage :-) Speaking of which, BellaRossa says your Rogue Mage RPG book is still “coming soon”. Any word on an approximate release date?
